MintyHen founded by Antonia Roskill is a new children's company sourcing and supplying new and unique high quality children's products for the UK. The company is the sole and exclusive UK distributor for some fantastic original children's products ranging from toys and books to traditional clothing and a luxury children's skincare range.

This first product line, launched to the UK in June, includes handcrafted soft fabric toys and books. Antonia Roskill says, "My daughter was sent a Pockets of Learning toy for Christmas. She loved it, and I loved it. We looked for more, and couldn't find them being sold in the UK. I started looking into how I could get hold of some to give as gifts. I contacted the manufacturer and discovered they weren't sold in the UK, so I put a proposal to them that I become the UK distributor." Antonia decided to embark upon her own business of sourcing and importing quality and traditional products from around the world for others in the UK to enjoy and MintyHen was born. (MintyHen is named after Antonia's children, Araminta and Henry.)

The toys are ideal for all occasions; soft and noiseless if you need to keep your child quietly absorbed, and super safe for travel. Beautifully embroidered with great attention to detail, children can build skills such as tying, matching, buttoning and counting. The toys have no hard edges, and most pack away in their own bag. There is also a range of beautiful, handcrafted religious books to help children learn about faith and religious traditions in a fun and interactive way.

Soft Toys - the soft sculpture play sets offer superb play value with multiple pieces and interesting characters to create a rich environment for imagination building. Toys include: Noah's Ark, Medieval Castle, Tea Set, Cooking Set, Tool Box, and Pet Shop.

Read and Play sets - beloved classic stories The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks, Little Red Riding Hood and the Ugly Duckling. Includes characters, buildings and a soft storybook so children can follow along and act out the story, or create exciting new adventures.

Press 'n' Dress Doll Collection – durable flat fabric dolls. Easier and longer lasting than the traditional paper doll, each interchangeable cloth outfit has secure Velcro backing. Easy for children to "press and dress".

M&W says "Thomas (5) and Caitlin (3) loved the Medieval Castle, both have played with it on their own and together. It's funny to see the difference in the games they make up - Thomas makes the Knights on Horseback battle and fight the Dragon whereas Caitlin likes to sit the King and Queen in their thrones and pushes the Dragon into the Tower so he can't 'scare' anyone!
