How to Pay
 
We can accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque.  Please make cheques payable to MintyHen Ltd and please include your home address and cheque card number on the back.  Cheques can take several days to clear so orders will take a little longer to process then credit card orders.

Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours.  Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the goods to arrive in the UK.

Due to the fact that any goods are handmade we occasionally struggle to keep up with unexpected levels of demand.  We try hard to predict our bestsellers but we can be caught out.  If any item is out of stock we will notify you immediately of the delay and ask if you wish to keep your order with us.

Returns

Please check all items immediately upon delivery.  Products are handmade and due to this, there may be small differences in colour and finish between different batches of products.  We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods within 14 days, in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.  Please ensure you enclose a note of your name and address with any returned goods.  We are unable to refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods.  With the exception of damaged or faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods are returned.  When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

If there are any shortages or mistakes in your order please notifty us within 48hours of receiving your order by telephoning us on 0800 074 1675.

Prices

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.  Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.

All our products have been fully tested to comply with European Saftey Standards and carry the CE mark.  Products are handmade and due to this, there may be small differences in colour and finish between different batches of products.  Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that all information printed is correct MintyHen Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
